Clement Law Offices, PLLC, is a law firm in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with its
practice devoted solely to tax and estate planning law. Wealth Strategies Consulting,
LLC, is a firm that counsels higher net worth families in estate planning and wealth
preservation planning. The firm uses the Esperti Peterson Planning Model™ and the
Life Circle™ to develop plan designs which reflect clients’ hopes, dreams, and even
fears about wealth and their families.
The firm gives advice to individuals and families on how to preserve financial independence
and to transfer wealth with exactly the kinds of controls and tax protections desired.
A good plan should always provide the client with exactly the type of lifestyle
desired. A good plan addresses income taxes, gift taxes and estate taxes, and takes
into account the resources that the client has now and is projected to have. A good
plan incorporates the client’s family, heritage, and community values. Planning
for IRAs, or qualified plans, is also an integral part of a good estate plan.
Nathaniel Clement has co-authored two books on estate planning: LEGACY: Plan, Protect
& Preserve your Estate, and GENERATIONS: Planning Your Legacy. Both books include
Bob Esperti and Renno Peterson as co-authors and other members of the Esperti-Peterson
Institute. Mr. Clement has also authored articles on taxation for Matthew Bender
and Co.’s federal tax service for tax professionals. He has contributed to Conspectus
CuttingEdge, a quarterly wealth strategies magazine for financial professionals.

since 1987. He is a sponsor of many continuing education programs for CPAs and financial
